At Jack Masters we are passionate about knitting technology.

Our knitting plant comprises of 40 Shima Seiki Japanese Knitting machines with 5, 7, 10, 12 & 15 gauge capabilities.

These are ideal for knitting a huge range of garments, homewares, hats and accessories.

We have also invested in 3 state-of-the-art Shima Seiki, WHOLEGARMENT knitting machines, with which we are able to create exquisitely comfortable, seamless, durable and waste-free knitwear in 5, 8 & 15 gauges. Regular knitwear is made by sewing together several parts, such as the body and sleeves, however our WHOLEGARMENT knitwear is made in one entire piece using the absolute minimum amount of necessary material.

Unlike conventional knitwear there is no waste produced from cutting parts out of fabric, making it the ultimate in eco knitwear.
