We use the highest quality yarn in natural and manmade fibre for fashion and classic look, sourcing from the UK, Italy and South America.

Knitting

We have a mixture of both electronic flatbed & circular knitting machines producing garments in 3, 5, 7, 10 & 12 gauges. We can knit approximately 500 to 4000 units per gauge per week.

We have also invested in 3 state-of-the-art Shima Seiki, 3D knitting machines, with which we are able to create exquisitely comfortable, seamless, durable and waste-free knitwear in 5, 8 & 15 gauges.

Steaming & Cutting

Automated machines for steaming and cutting ensure all garments meet your precise measurements.

Make-up & Assembly

Our makeup comprises of a variety of machinery enabling us to ensure your garment is finished to the highest quality standard creating a perfect look and fit for your customer. The Make-up department is equipped with Linking, Over-locking, Seam-covering, Lock-Stitching, Button-hole, Button-sew and all the ancillary machinery needed to make a beautiful garment.

Each piece is individually quality checked at each production stage and a final check before despatch ensuring each garment adheres to an exceptional high standard, meeting both yours and your customers requirements. Our Factory is also SEDEX Approved. All processes & practices are 100% Sedex compliant, ensuring you are dealing with an ethical and honourable company.

Jack Masters stocks a range of natural fibre knitwear for men, womens, and homeware at its factory in Leicester, UK which it offers on a 5 to 10 day turnaround service for retailers and brands to access.
